This Privacy Policy describes how the Trocaí app ("the app", "we") handles user information. By using Trocaí, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. What data we collect

Trocaí does not collect, does not store on servers, and does not share any personal or sensitive data. The app does not require you to create an account, or to provide a name, email address, phone number, location, or any identifying information.

The information you create within the app (for example, which stickers you have, are missing, or have as duplicates) is stored locally, only on your own device, in an internal app database. We have no access to this data.

2. Camera permission

Trocaí requests camera access for two purposes:

• To recognize stickers and album pages when you point the camera at them;
• To read QR codes to make it easier to arrange swaps between users.

Image processing and recognition happen entirely on your device. Images captured by the camera are not stored and not sent to us or to any third party.

3. Swaps and QR codes

Swaps in Trocaí are organized to take place in person, between users. The QR codes used to arrange swaps contain only collection information (for example, stickers available for swapping) and are shared directly between users' devices. This data does not pass through our servers.

4. Sharing with third parties

Trocaí does not share any information with third parties, advertisers, or analytics services. In this version, the app does not integrate any advertising, tracking, or analytics tools.

5. Data security

Because Trocaí's data stays only on your device, the security of this information is tied to the security of the device itself (screen lock, operating-system encryption, and other iOS protections). We do not keep copies of your data outside your device.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data is stored on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete all data at any time by deleting the app, which removes its local data. Because we do not store your data on servers, there are no remote copies to delete.

7. Children

Trocaí can be used by collectors of all ages. The app does not collect personal data from any user, including children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child and have questions about the use of the app, please contact us at the email address below.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy reflects the current version of the app, which works offline and without collecting data. If future versions introduce features such as login, user accounts, cloud sync, or third-party services, this policy will be updated and the "last updated" date will be revised. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
